casual American bistro by the acclaimed 3-star Michelin chef at New
York’s Le Bernardin.
Culinary Director Eric Ripert & Chef de Cuisine Leonardo Marino
present a straightforward menu of simple signature dishes inspired
by Chef Ripert’s family traditions and recipes. The focus is
on the ingredients, culled from fresh, quality produce by local
farmers in Virginia, Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Westend Bistro offers a bustling scene with a friendly bar menu
and signature cocktails. Guests can indulge in lunch, brunch and
dinner at the bar or in the stylish alcoves & raised banquettes
throughout the energetic room. Upbeat lounge music and arresting
tones of amber, honey, currant-red and blood-orange, coupled with
rich cohiba brown and gold, underscore the chic and clean design
from award-winning architects Adamstein & Demetriou.
